  • A format for over 60 karts is in place. It will be as follows.

    • The top 40 qualifiers advance directly to the heats.

    • The rest will be put into "heat qualifiers".

    • We are still trying our best to stop the cost from growing. These rules should not effect 99% of anyone who have already competed or plan to compete at the Fall Classic. Just clear up some gray areas.

  • Rules are pretty basic for the kart. No noses, no wedge bodies,, side panels must be normal in size, highly recommended the rear bumper extends out to cover LR tire for safety. Open tire rule in the spirit of kart tires, treads recommended.

  • Motor rules are

    • Must be 212 predator or 196 clone engine blocks. No Honda, Tillotson, Briggs or other blocks.

    • Going along with the intention of cost and block unity and stock appearing rules **NO BILLET SIDE COVERS**

    • Motors must use head bolts, *NO STUDS**

    • NO BLOCK OR HEAD BRACING

    • NO FUEL ADDITIVE AS IN NITRO

    • No aftermarket carb spacer between head and carb and cannot be vented or pulsed in the intake or carb anywhere.

    • Must be small block predator or clone carb with no external mods. Can be bored but cannot be welded or have epoxy on outside to allow for larger bore.

    • No head girdles.

    • Engines must be stock appearing clones or 212 predators that are PULL STARTED with stock rope pull start, NO EXTERNAL COMPRESSION RELEASES...By stock appearing we mean what is considered a Stage 1 mod kit with pipe and air filters and fuel pumps. Original predator/clone style Carb, no external mods to carb for performance.

    • MUST BE STOCK STROKE, we do have a tech tool to check this.

    • Aluminum flywheel is allowed.

    • Aluminum valve cover spacer is allowed

    • Different cams and springs allowed

    • 1 year ban for stroker, large bore, or fuel additive. And a $100 reinstatement fee.

    • Briggs "Flat heads" will be allowed and will be allowed electric start if arrangements are made with track officials prior to the event.

  • Open tire rule in the spirit of go kart tires.

  • Also no full body nose pieces. They will dig into the track and prolly end up broke by the end of the day anyways.
